The screw uses comprehensive mixed part with belt barrier and mixed melting head, new pattern notch barrel makes good performance of plasticizing and mixed melting. It ensure high speed and good performance extruding.
The line is mainly used to produce pipe material whose raw material is mainly PPR resin. It is also suitable to produce pipe material of PP, PE resin.

3.Adopts complex screw die head, effectively getting rid of remembering function of material.
4.Vacuum calibration, control in uniform temperature, getting rid of stress of pipe.
