Complete production line includes: extruder, die head, vacuum calibration table, haul-offs& cutting machine, stacker.

Conical twin-screw extruder is an efficient mixing and extrusion equipment. The machine has a small shear rate and the material is not easily decomposed.

Die Head

Molded parts of the extruder. Also known as extrusion mold. Its function is to allow the plastic melt from the barrel of the extruder to be well distributed in the die flow path for extrusion and molding from the die at a uniform speed.
