Production Process


1. Kneading process


Due to the unstable power supply of the generator, it is recommended to use the low speed of the hot mixer to mix to 90 degrees, or 15 minutes; the cooler

Cool to below 40 degrees, or 10 minutes. After the power supply is stable, you can switch to high speed. The kneaded material is best left in a dry place for more than 12 hours before being used.

 

2. Door frame extrusion process

PS picture frame production line


Explanation:


(1) When preheating, preheat the mold first and then wait for the mold temperature to reach the predetermined temperature, then heat the extruder. The total heating time of the PS picture frame production line should not exceed 20 minutes to avoid the stuck material sticking to the barrel and paste.

(2) Materials are most likely to stick to the mold when starting up, so be sure to use a low speed (the speed of the host is lower than 16 rpm and the feeding is lower than 12 rpm) when starting up. After the product is normal, slowly increase the speed to normal speed. If sticking is found, it is necessary to add a small amount of lubricant to the exhaust port to eliminate sticking. If it still does not work properly, it must be removed and cleaned before production. Don't think it's almost enough. Otherwise, many unqualified waste products will appear.

(3) The temperature should be appropriately low at the beginning of the startup. When the process is stable and the product is weighed, the temperature should be increased appropriately.

(4) Because the internal friction of the material after adding the wood flour is large and affects the viscosity, the formula temperature and the main engine / feeding speed of the wood flour should be appropriately reduced.

 

Other matters needing to pay attention to


1. The relevant formulation process has been repeatedly adjusted and revised according to the actual situation of the machine mold.

2. After the workers are skilled, they can make local adjustments according to the actual situation, but large-scale changes are not recommended.

3.Each time the mold is assembled or disassembled, the flow channel must be carefully checked for smoothness and flatness, and if there is a hanging injury, it must be strictly polished to eliminate it. If there is any sticky material accidentally, please clean it carefully.
