Test running PVC ceiling panel extrusion line for Africa customer

In October, 2019, we test 3sets PVC ceiling panel extrusion lines for Algeria client. all moulds includes different design ceiling panel moulds. Machines color is painted by client’s request order. Extruder model: 65/132, capacity is around 220kg/h. Gearbox is JC stand type.

Extruder:

CGFE extruder machine  has been optimized for design with reference to the latest foreign technology. The machine has the advantages of uniform plasticization, small cutting speed ratio, high output and long service life.

Vacuum Calibration Table:

CGFE's vacuum calibration table provides a flexible platform for determining the dimensions of rigid polymer profiles. The unit's stainless steel mounting rails accommodate calibration tools and an auxiliary tank, both of which provide a controlled vacuum or a vacuum combined with cooling water. Horizontal, longitudinal and vertical movement allows optimal positioning of the unit through the extrusion line.

Haul-offs&cutting machine:

CGFE cutting machines are equipped with adjustable feet to adapt the machine to the height of the extrusion shaft, pneumatic clamp, external aspirator and encoder.
