Description:

PVC sealing strip production line is a continuous equipment system with extrusion molding as its core, used to produce PVC grout strips, corner trims, and decorative edge trims for home and commercial decoration. The mainstream type is a single-screw extrusion line.

Extrusion Main Unit

● Single Screw Extruder (Mainstream): Commonly used SJ-55/65/75 model, L/D ratio 25:1–30:1, variable frequency speed control, segmented temperature control (150–170℃), uniform plasticization, low energy consumption.
● Die Head and Shaping Mold: Customized runner die head + vacuum shaping mold, determining the cross-section of the seam tape (T-shaped, L-shaped, rounded, inside and outside corners, etc.) and surface gloss.

Cooling and Shaping System

● Vacuum Cooling Water Tank: Circulating water cooling (water temperature 5–10℃) + vacuum adsorption, rapid shaping, preventing deformation, and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
● Spray Cooling / Air Cooling: Auxiliary secondary cooling to improve surface quality.

Traction and Cutting System

● Crawler Traction Machine: Variable frequency synchronous traction, speed matching extrusion, ensuring stable wire diameter (commonly 10–20m/min).
● Online Cutting Machine: Fixed length/meter-counting cutting, smooth cross-section, automatic counting.

Rewinding/Stacking and Post-processing
