INTRODUCTION
Main Extruder adopts Conical twin screw extruder, It has the devices of auto temperature controller, vacuum exhaust. The feeding way is forced ration. The main motor is AC for regulating speed.
The machine is composed of the machine body part, reducing and driving part, distributing part, extruding system parts, ration feeding part, barrel cooling parts, vacuum exhausting part and electric controlling part.
The production line produces PVC water supply pipe and sewage pipe. multilayer pipe, spiral pipe;
Can equipe online socket/belling machine , Socket /belling type has U type socket, R type socket and J / blowing type socket.
