Golden Far East Machinery is getting stronger and becoming a leader in innovative 4.0-ready spiral hose extrusion lines, consisting of two extruders, one for U-PVC and one for soft grade PVC.  This advanced high-tech extrusion line as present in the plastic profile extrusion line factory includes different strengths:

 

· Continuous marking of tubes before they become spirals.

· Bathtub designed for operation with a minimum amount of water.

· Specific system for the automatic detection of possible errors in tube production in each forming axis.

· Fully automated cutting system integrated into the bathtub (water cooling tanks).

· Multilayer tube extrusion lines

 

The extrusion of multilayer tubes allows us to take advantage of the properties of the materials used in the manufacturing process. Here, we have:


PP-R (random polypropylene) which does not transmit odor or change the taste to water. It is resistant to working conditions (pressure and temperature), and does not require mechanical connections or filler material and does not suffer from corrosion, nor external or internal. The fiberglass multilayer process improves material properties such as dimensional stability, tensile, compression and bending. It consists of inner and outer layers of PPR and a special blend of glass fiber (GF) PP interlayer. PP and fiberglass minimize heat elongation and reinforce the pipe structure.


EVOH (Oxygen Diffusion Barrier) is characterized by its unrivaled oxygen barrier properties and chemical resistance to solvents and petroleum products. In closed circuit hot water applications, it increases the durability of materials and reduces oxide deposits that can clog pipes.


The PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) maintains its physical properties practically unchanged over time, it is totally innocuous, lighter than copper and iron, resistant to temperature changes, it can be cold bent manually, very good insulator thermal, electrical and acoustic.
