1. Inspection before starting the mixer

(1) Whether the electrical equipment is in good condition, check whether the lifting oil pressure, mixing shaft, mixing blade and other rotating parts are faulty and clean.

(2) Check whether the mixed materials meet the requirements of the formula.

(3) The mixing tank or mixing tank must be fixed, otherwise it cannot be turned on.

(4) When the high speed mixer is started, it should be started under light load, and heavy load is not allowed.

 

2. Stirring operation items

(1) Indirect operators should stay away from the mixer when starting up to prevent accidents.

(2) The stirring should be slow first, then fast, and press the stop key first when changing between fast and slow speeds.

(3) Pay special attention to safety when mixing and feeding.

  • The operator must prevent his body from being collided.

  • Grasp the packaging of the added materials firmly to prevent the fire from falling into the material barrel and entangle the high speed mixer. Once this accident occurs, it must be shut down immediately to eliminate it. It is strictly forbidden to pull out during operation to prevent accidental personal accidents.

  • Operators are not allowed to leave the mixer when the mixing shaft is rising or falling, so as to avoid accidents caused by the failure of the lifting switch.

  • When the equipment is in operation, the stirring shaft should not be raised to a high position to avoid stirring out the paint.

  • The mixer is not allowed to start frequently in a short time.

  • When the equipment is in mixing operation, the paint oil on the mixing shaft should be cleaned in time (should be stopped for processing) to avoid safety accidents when the packaging bag is rolled on the mixing shaft.

  • The mixing tank should be connected to a static conductive device, and the grounding should be good.

 

3. Safety precautions

(1)Turn off the spindle power supply when the transmission box is lifting and rotating.

(2)The lock nut must be tightened when the machine is mixing. If it is operated in a loose state, the transmission box will easily cause collision between the mixing plate and the main shaft and the mixing tank and personal accidents due to inertial rotation of the transmission box.

(3) The transmission box can only be operated after it is completely lowered. For example, the main shaft is prone to excessive force if it is operated in an ascending state. The swing of the transmission box and the main shaft has caused a collision with the mixing tank and personal accidents.

(4) After the transmission box is lowered, the lowering valve must be tightened. The transmission box cannot be stopped at a high position, and it must be lowered to its original position after operation. If the valve is loose or malfunctions, it will automatically fall due to the weight of the transmission box, so it is easy to cause damage to the utensils or personal accidents.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to operate in the mixing tank or pick up powder bags by hand while in operation.

(6) Putting resin, solvent, additives and other liquid raw materials, wear protective glasses, anti-virus masks, and cover the mixing cylinder cover immediately after the feeding is completed to reduce the evaporation of flammable liquids.

(7) Smoking is prohibited in the workplace, automatic open flames are prohibited, cell phones are prohibited, and spiked shoes are strictly prohibited to enter the workshop.
