This production line is customized for a customer from the southern India. He is a beginner of this business. After the deep market research in India, he finds that the construction industry has good business oppotunities and especially the decoration materials is much more profitable than other things. The customers came to the Chinaplas in 2024 with Indian vistor group, and met with us during this exhibition. At the first meeting, we introduced our PVC ceiling panel machines, WPC wall panel machines, and PVC marble sheet machines to them. They showed great interest of our machines and had a more clearer plan about future projects.
After the customer went back to India, he started to select and collect the panel samples in the Indian market. After he confirmed about the panel designs, he sent the panel samples to us. We offered the machine quotation for him and customized the machine projects for him based on his requirements. The customer had a cleasr understanding about our machines and productin process, then he decided to visit our factory in August.
On 13th August, the custmer came to our factory and saw our machine test for the PVC marble sheet machines. They were amazed by our good machine qualities and had an excellent experience in our factory. After seeing the machine test, we discussed about the pvc ceiling panel machine together. We connfirmed some detail requirements and information, and made the first step of the cooperation. When the customer went back to India , he started to plan on the new factory construction according to our floor plans designed for them. It took two months to finish the manufacturing of the machines, and at the end of May 2025, the Indian customer came to our factory to see the machine tests. We tested three different panels and all got good and satisfying results.
Before the customer placed the order, he had some worries. The first thing is that the fierce competition in the Indian market. We helped to calculate the cost of the production and encouraged him to seize the initiative. And the second one is after-sales service. Our machines are all use good materials and best quality electrics, the machines all will be inspected and tested before loading. We also offer spare parts delivery during 48 hours to try to support the customer has a continuous production. The PVC panel line includes SJSZ65/132 twin screw extruder, molds, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker, online film laminaton machine, offline film lamination machine and film slitting machine. This line can make PVC ceiling panels and PVC wall panels, the two different lamination machines can be used for making different design panels. The customer can various products by changing molds and laminating or transfer foil, maximizing the economic benefits of the machine.
