In December 2024, our client from Algeria visited our factory for the first time to explore solutions for PVC profile production. Seeking reliable and high-performance extrusion equipment, the customer was particularly interested in establishing a local production line capable of delivering consistent quality for construction-grade PVC profiles.
During the factory tour, our technical team demonstrated our PVC Profile Extrusion Line, highlighting its advanced control systems, energy efficiency, and ease of operation. The client was impressed by the line’s stable output, precision in dimensional control, and our comprehensive after-sales support model.
Following productive discussions and successful material trials, in February 2025, the Algerian partner placed an order for three PVC profile extrusion lines tailored to their production requirements and market interests. The complete line includes the SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder, molds(customized), vacuum calibration tank, online painting machine (for skirting line), haul-off and cutting machine, stacker and other auxiliary machines need for start the manufacturing in a new factory such as high speed mixer, pulverizer, air compressor, material dosing system, etc.
After we finished the manufacturing, the Algerian customer came to our factory to see the machine test and quality inspection. During the machine test, the system has been operating smoothly and got qualified products, enabling the customer to expand their product offerings and strengthen their position in Algeria’s growing building materials market.
The installation of the PVC profile extrusion line delivered immediate and tangible results for the Algerian client. Firstly, the new line enabled a significant increase in production capacity, allowing the client to capitalize on market demand. Secondly, the profiles produced consistently met high standards of quality, leading to greater customer satisfaction and a stronger brand reputation.
