Description:

The PP-H pipe production line is a specialized equipment used for producing polypropylene homopolymer (PP-H) pipes. Through extrusion molding process, high-performance pipes can be produced, which are widely used in chemical, environmental protection, construction and other fields. The following is a detailed introduction to the PP-H pipe production line:

Composition of production line

Raw material processing system: including automatic vacuum feeder and hopper dryer. The automatic vacuum feeder can automatically transport PP-H raw materials to the hopper, avoiding raw material contamination; The hopper dryer is used to remove moisture from the raw materials and prevent defects such as bubbles in the pipes.

Extrusion system: A single screw extruder is usually used, and the screw structure is mostly of equal pitch and unequal depth gradient, with a length to diameter ratio of (25-30): 1 and a compression ratio of 2.5-4. After the extruder heats and melts the raw materials, they are extruded into shape through a mold. Molds are mostly straight through structures, and their dimensions are designed according to the specifications of the pipes.

Fixed cooling system: consisting of a vacuum sizing tank and an immersion cooling water tank. The vacuum sizing tank precisely shapes the outer diameter of the pipe through vacuum pressure, while the immersion cooling water tank sprays and cools the pipe rapidly, increasing its toughness and pressure resistance.

Traction system: The traction machine is used to uniformly pull the cooled pipe out, and its traction speed matches the extrusion speed to ensure uniform wall thickness and dimensional stability of the pipe.

Cutting system: using an automatic cutting machine, it can accurately cut the pipe according to the set length, with a smooth cut and no burrs.

Auxiliary equipment: including laser coding machine and flipping machine, etc. The laser coding machine can print production date, specifications, brand and other information on the pipes, while the flipping machine is used to collect and stack the cut pipes.

Efficient and energy-saving: By optimizing screw design and heating system control, the plasticization efficiency of materials has been improved, and energy consumption has been reduced. production process

Raw material preparation: Select PP-H particles with high purity and no impurities, and their melt flow rate is usually in the range of 0.2-0.4g/10min. After the raw materials enter the factory, strict sampling and testing are required before they can be put into production.

Extrusion molding: The dried raw materials are fed into an extruder, and the temperature of the feeding section of the barrel is controlled at 150-165 ℃, the plasticizing section at 170-180 ℃, and the homogenization section at 190-220 ℃. The molten raw material is extruded into shape through a mold driven by a screw.

Cooling and shaping: After the pipe is extruded, it enters the vacuum sizing tank and cooling water tank. By controlling the temperature and flow rate of the cooling water, the pipe is quickly cooled and shaped, while preventing the generation of internal stress.

Cutting: The cooled pipe is pulled by a tractor to the cutting machine and cut according to the set length. During cutting, the cutting speed and depth need to be controlled to ensure a smooth cut.

Application field

PP-H pipes have the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and good impact resistance, and are widely used in the chemical industry for transporting corrosive media, environmental protection industry for sewage and exhaust gas treatment systems, construction industry for water supply and drainage pipelines, and food and beverage industry for material transportation.
