The PPR multi-layer co extruded pipe production line is an integrated multi unit, automated continuous operation equipment, mainly used for producing ABA fiberglass reinforcement. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability, precise thickness control and performance enhancement, and is suitable for home decoration, engineering water supply and drainage and other scenarios.
Core configuration and functions of the unit
The main extruder of the extrusion system (single screw/conical twin-screw, suitable for PPR plasticization)+1-2 co extrusion machines (responsible for reinforcing/bonding layers), equipped with vacuum feeding and drying machines, to achieve precise transportation and plasticization of raw materials
Co extrusion die head spiral diversion/spiral stacking multi-layer die head, uniform flow channel, supports independent adjustment of each layer thickness, compatible with ABA, PPR-AL-PPR and other structures, optional static mixing to improve plasticization uniformity
Multi stage vacuum sizing box and spray cooling tank for precise temperature control/water level/vacuum degree in the sizing cooling system. Double water tanks are commonly used in series to gradually cool large-diameter pipes, avoiding deformation and brittle cracking
Traction cutting multi claw traction machine (2 claws)+shaftless cutting machine, synchronized speed matching, high cutting accuracy, smooth incision

Raw material preparation: PPR pellets + reinforcement material (glass fiber/aluminum strip)/masterbatch → mixing → vacuum feeding → drying (dehumidification and anti bubble).
Multi layer co extrusion: The main/co extrusion machine plasticizes the corresponding materials separately, and through the coaxial composite extrusion of multi-layer die heads, a predetermined layer structure is formed.
Calibration cooling: The vacuum calibration box adsorbs the pipe to the standard outer diameter, and the spray groove is used for graded cooling and shaping to avoid internal stress and deformation.
Traction cutting: The tractor pulls at a constant speed, the chip free cutting machine cuts at a fixed length, and the inkjet printer marks the specifications/batch number.
Finished product sorting: automatic stacking by stacker/flipping rack, and storage after quality inspection.
Multi layer composite reinforcement: ABA glass fiber reinforced type can reduce the coefficient of linear expansion, reduce visible hanging, and save 10% -15% of raw materials; PPR-AL-PPR type enhances rigidity, temperature and pressure resistance, and superior oxygen barrier performance.
Accurate thickness control and stability: The mold head is linked with the PLC, and the thickness deviation of each layer is ≤± 5%. The entire line speed is synchronized to ensure consistency in batch production.
Efficient compatibility: After replacing the mold head and screw, PE, PE-RT, PEX and other pipes can be produced, suitable for pipe diameters of 20-160mm, with a maximum line speed of 18m/min.
Intelligent control: full process parameter traceability, fault warning, reducing manual intervention, and improving production stability.

The multi-layer PPR pipes produced have the advantages of hygiene, non toxicity, and reliable hot melt connection of PPR material, as well as the low coefficient of linear expansion and high rigidity characteristics brought by the multi-layer structure, which solves the problems of easy deformation and obvious thermal expansion and contraction of pure PPR pipes during exposed installation.
Home decoration scenario: used for residential hot and cold water pipes, kitchen and bathroom water supply branch pipes, commonly with a specification of 20-63mm, to meet the safety and stability needs of household water use.
This pipe can be used as a branch pipe for low-temperature hot water underfloor heating, or as a connecting pipe for exposed radiators, suitable for heating water temperatures of 60-80 ℃. It is widely used in centralized heating in the north and household heating projects in the south.
Food grade PPR raw materials combined with multi-layer co extrusion technology can produce multi-layer PPR pipes with smooth inner layers and no impurity precipitation, meeting the hygiene standards for direct drinking water transportation. At the same time, the rigidity advantage of the multi-layer structure can reduce the deformation of pipelines caused by water pressure fluctuations, avoid the growth of bacteria on the inner wall, and is suitable for direct drinking water pipelines in residential areas and pure water supply systems in office buildings.
In the fields of chemical and light industry, multi-layer PPR pipes can be used to transport non corrosive, low-pressure fluid media, such as solutions with low acid and alkali concentrations at room temperature, industrial cooling water, etc. Fiberglass reinforced multi-layer PPR pipes have stronger impact resistance, can adapt to slight vibrations in industrial environments, and are easy to install and maintain.
The upper and lower pipelines of solar water heaters are exposed to outdoor environments for a long time and are greatly affected by changes in environmental temperature. The low linear expansion characteristics of multi-layer PPR pipes can reduce the expansion and contraction deformation of pipelines caused by temperature differences between day and night. At the same time, their weather resistance is better than that of pure PPR pipes, and they can be used stably in environments of -10 ℃ -70 ℃, which is suitable for outdoor installation needs of solar hot water systems.

Independent screw temperature control and synchronous discharge ensure interlayer adhesion strength ≥80N/10mm without delamination.
