The 20-50mm single wall corrugated pipe production line is a fully automatic pipe forming system that integrates extrusion, forming, sizing, cooling, traction, and cutting. Extrusion unit: using a single screw high-efficiency extrusion host, the screw is treated with special nitriding, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, the raw material is fully plasticized and the discharge is stable; Segmented precise temperature control, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, effectively avoiding problems such as raw material burning and uneven plasticization, and ensuring the quality of the pipe foundation.
