110mm Double-wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line

The whole production line is composed of high-efficiency twin-screw extrusion host, double-layer co-extrusion die, corrugated forming machine, vacuum sizing & spray cooling system, servo traction machine, CNC cutting machine and finished product stacking system, realizing continuous automatic operation from raw material melting, double-layer co-extrusion to shaping and cutting. Adopting advanced double-layer co-extrusion technology, the finished pipes feature smooth inner wall for unobstructed flow and regular outer corrugation for excellent compression resistance, with standard ring stiffness (SN4/SN8 optional), corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance, fully meeting the strict standards of underground engineering.
With precise temperature control (±1℃), stable vacuum sizing and servo-linked traction & cutting, the pipe diameter error is ≤±0.3mm and cutting error ≤±1mm, ensuring high product consistency.
