The PVC high-speed mixer is the core pre-treatment equipment for PVC plastic processing (pipes, profiles, sheets, cable materials, etc.), used to quickly mix PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, fillers, colorants, and other powdered/granular/liquid materials evenly, and complete the integrated equipment of heating, drying, coloring, adsorption, and pre plasticization.
1、 Basic structure (mainly vertical)
Mixing pot body (container)
Material: 304 stainless steel welded/stamped, mirror polished inner wall, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non stick material.
Outer layer: heating jacket (thermal oil/resistance heating)+insulation layer; Hot mixer with heating, cold mixer with cooling jacket.
Mixing blade (core)
Form: 3-blade/multi blade turbine, folded line propeller, high shear propeller (stainless steel precision casting/wear-resistant steel).
Speed: Dual speed/variable frequency (commonly 430/860 rpm, blade tip linear velocity can reach 30-40 m/s).
Function: High speed throwing, shearing, convection, friction heat generation.
Pot lid and seal
Cast aluminum/stainless steel, with feeding port, spray port, breathable/dust removal port.
Sealing: Double sealing rings, multi-layer skeleton oil seal and oil injection for the main shaft, leak proof powder.

2、 Working principle (mainly hot mixing)
After the material is put into operation, the high-speed blade vigorously stirs to form turbulence, shear, and convection, and quickly disperses.
Self friction+electric heating to raise the temperature (usually to 90-120 ℃), allowing PVC particles to absorb additives, dry, pre plasticize, and increase density.
After reaching the set temperature/time, the material is automatically discharged (often entering the cold mixer for cooling, anti caking, and exhaust).
3、 Main purpose
PVC dry mixing/wet mixing, coloring, drying, plasticizer absorption.
Also used for high-speed mixing, coating, drying, and devolatilization of PE/PP/ABS/engineering plastics, rubber, powder chemicals, dyes, etc.
