It is specifically designed and manufactured for the production of various types of rigid PVC door and window profiles. The production line adopts a modular design, with full automation control from raw material pretreatment to finished profile output. It can accommodate the production of PVC window profiles with various structures such as casement, sliding, and bridge-cutoff, meeting the customized needs of different building door and window systems.

The core components include a high-speed mixing unit, a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum setting table, a crawler-type haul-off machine, a fixed-length cutter, and an automatic stacking rack. The equipment is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, which enables precise parameter setting, real-time monitoring of the production process, and automatic fault alarming, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the production line.
